Return Policy

 Every piece is created or carefully prepared with great attention to detail. Because many of the works offered are original or limited edition, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Original Artwork

All original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Limited Editions & Merchandise

Limited-edition merchandise and apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or damage during transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
